This apartment has an exceptional location : on the boarder of the 6th and the 7th district, it has one foot in Saint Germain and the other one in Montparnasse. This is a very pleasant and upscale area, very residential and safe. Very close to Rodin museum, Ecole Militaire, Invalides and also the Eiffel Tower. In the very same street, bakeries, butchers, and Bon Marché. The closest subway stop is Vaneau but also Sevres Babylone and Duroc a few minutes by foot.
This building was the " barracks of the musketeers of the King" so that it is filled with history. Who knows if you are not going to sleep in D’Artagnan’s bedroom and dream of Glory? The 17th century building and wooden beams are authentic. The courtyard is also charming and was used for the musketeers’ horses.
