The Merryl is a modern hotel with 35 bedrooms, in 2 buildings joined internally. This hotel has very flexible accommodation, having several triples and quadruple rooms. All rooms have shower & WC, TV, telephone - 8 rooms have no access by lift. The hotel has a bar, a breakfast room - continental breakfast served until 11.30 - and a drink machine in reception. The decor is smart and functional. The owners have a (friendly) dog-called Max who greets guests at check-in!

Canal St-Martin
canal St-Martin is a pleasant tree-line canal crossed by iron footbridges
and locks and some upscale bars, cafes, restaurants and boutiques
along its banks. By the side of one of these footbridges is the
Hotel du Nord made famous by Marcel Carneís classic film, 'Hotel
du Nord'. The Hotel is now a lively bar used for blues and comedy
evenings, sometimes in English.
