Scheduled Tours

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to tour, the client receives 100% refund

.• Cancellations made 48 hours to 14 days prior to tour, the client forfeits 50% of the total.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to tour or 'no show' client forfeits the full payment.

Private & Semi Tours

• Payments paid are non refundable.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to tour or no show, the client has must pay any balance due.
