We are a destination management company arranging and creating tours, experiences and events for individuals and groups.
We strongly advise you to purchase vacation cancellation and medical insurance in case you can not make your trip, miss a flight or for some reason can not be at the scheduled meeting point in which case there is no refund.
Please note we can not guarantee the timeliness of any service modified less than 7 days prior to start date during high season or event days.

General Conditions and Terms
Clients agree and acknowledge the following:
In addition to these terms, client agrees that they are also bound by the terms and conditions of the individual service providers of their reserved activities.
Each service provided is independent and does not rely on the timely completion of another service.
PAYMENTS
All payments are final with no refund possible. In the event the balance is not paid on time Experience Paris has the right to cancel all services without refund and client will be liable for the balance. Experience Paris may automatically debit the client's credit card for the balance.
1001 Originals, Inc dba Experience Paris is not responsible and no refund will be due in the event any service is missed or shortened due to but not limited to: traffic/flight or train delays or cancellations, breakdowns, strikes, medical emergencies, acts of god, wars or events outside of our control or a previous service we or another provides. Clients are advised to purchase Travel Insurance to cover any potential loss.
In the event we are unable to complete an activity due to our own error or that of our tour service supplier (not hotel), you will be refunded the full or partial cost depending on the percentage of that activity completed.
To pay directly to the service provider any additional costs not stated or included in the original service including extending activity times.
CANCELLATION MODIFICATION & NO SHOW
No refunds in the event that fewer participants arrive for a reserved booking or for cancellations. Any balances due for a no show or cancellatin will still be due in full at the time of service or we and our service providers have the right to cancel the tour or activity if this balance has not been paid. In such event you agree we may automatically and immediately debit your credit card the full amount of any balance due.
In the event of cancellation or modification less than 30 days in advance or "no show" of a reserved activity and
1. The balance of the service /activity in question will be automatically and immediately billed by us or service provider without notice.
2. Clients may not apply any payments made for that activity to pay the balance for another activity or pay the balance for another person in their group for the same activity.
3. Service providers are not responsible to provide any service unless the balance for ALL reserved persons are paid in full or to provide any or full refund.
Services are provided to other clients before and after their activity and as a result, times and dates must be respected and may not be modified more than 30 days in advance.
"NO SHOW"
Arriving at a meeting point more than 20 minutes for a private activity or more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled group activity will be considered a "no show" and we will not be responsible to provide service or refund. In the event we decide to provide service, we may shorten the activity time to respect the reserved time slot.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
In the event client's credit card payment or paypal receipt is not processed due to any errors made by credit card processors, paypal or banks, client will still be liable for those payments even after the activity dates whether taken, missed or cancelled.
Clients card will be debited by 1001Originals / Manstouch. In the event the above payment is disputed with card holder's credit card company non recognition of the charge, client will be responsibly to pay the $20 processing cost.
OTHER
To hold harmless 1001Originals, Inc dba Experience Paris, it’s officers, owners, supplier and partners for any accidents that occur on any activity purchased.
Any changes to the above must be made and acknowledged in writing.

Transfers by Road
To insure the services in the best conditions, its necessary imperative to respect well the following conditions:
- If the flight has more than one hour of delay you will have to release a tariff 60 (has to pay directly to the driver by cash or credit card bank) supplement. Duration of transfer 2h maximum between the arrival of flight and the final drop off (hotel or flat)
- After more than one hour of wait and without news of your part, the driver will have the order to leave (no show) not refundable service and any new request of transfer will be the object of 60 supplement.
- In case of dispute luggage please call us immediately or warn the driver of your presence, without news of your part beyond one hour of wait, the service will not be any more guaranteed
- If you do not find the driver at the time of the arrival, you must let us know so that we return as soon as possible in contact with the driver
- Arrival train station or airport will be charged to 100% if the train or the flight are cancelled and modified the same day
- Our company is not considered in charge of the personal effects of the persons transported in case of theft, of forgetting and the other incidents. You have to make sure to have indeed with you your personal property on arrival and departure
- Modification of pick-up time, extra charged between 08.00pm 07.00am : 20
Transfers by Air
Any modification to a helicopter service made less than 72hours will be automatically billed a minimum of 500euros at the time of the change.

In addition to private tour, we are an official booking agent for many of the scheduled sightseeing tours and cruises. We suggest you review the conditions of those reservations. The advantage of booking through us is that in case there is a problem you can call us and we will help you resolve it.

Scheduled Tours
With the exception of London Excursions via Eurostar (LO1, LO2, +L1, +L2), the following cancellation charges will apply:
• for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to departure, 30% of the excursion cost;
• for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to departure, 50% of the excursion cost;
• for cancellations on the day of travel, no refund will be payable.
For London Excursions via Eurostar (LO1, LO2, +L1, +L2), the following cancellation charge will apply:

Hotels
Hotels for Individuals
Check the details page for each hotel's payment and cancellation policy. However, cancellations or modifications less than 24 hours before arrival or no show and you are charged for 1 night .
Hotels for Groups
In general resrvations for small groups and there may be an administration charge.
Apartment Rentals
Payments
• 50% non refundable deposit 7 days within confirmation of reservation if at least 30 days before rental start date. Less than 30days, full payment required.
• Non refundable balance due 30 day prior to arrival. Balances not received 30 days prior to arrival and deposit is forfeit without any obligation.
Cancellation Fees
• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, the client forfeits the initial deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival or no show and the balance will be automatically billed if not already paid.
Security deposit: Payment of the security deposit will be processed on arrival. We will take an imprint of your Credit Card or cash. The deposit will be refunded within the month of your departure minus gas and electricity usage or phone if you asked for it (see EDF-TELECOM section). In case of damages, we will retain the amount equivalent to damages caused.
Entering the flat: Your arrival hour is flexible. Someone will welcome you at the flat/apartment. At the booking stage you will have agreed on a time to enter the premises. We will then: Show you around the flat/apartment (the tour will be done by a certified member of our team), Give you a set of keys.
Agree on a date/time to return the keys and leave the premises
Leaving: Normally, we request that you leave the premises before 12pm. A member of our team will then check the place for any damages. They will give you an inventory as well as a summary of your use of gas and electricity. The amount is payable on your departure or when we refund your deposit (as part of your deposit).Using the premises you may use the premises as if they were your own home, meaning in a civilized manner and looking after them properly. All the facilities are in working order and any claims contrary to this made more than 24 hours after entering the premises will not be taken into account. Repairs required due to your negligence will be charged to you. You are also required to be respectful of your neighbors and make sure that you and/or your family do not disturb them unduly.
Equipment / housekeeping: Premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, dishes, cutlery, blankets and pillows as described in the description contract. We will clean up after you have left the premises and this is included in the price. However, in exceptional cases, the landlord or the managing agent might require you to pay the cost for cleaning the premises (At a cost of 35 Euros) if the premises are left in a state of severe uncleanliness and / or full cost for replacement of items (furniture and/or facilities) broken, cracked, damaged or deteriorated.
Insurance: You don't need to subscribe to an extra insurance policy for the rented apartment/flat, the managing agent is insured with AXA, a policy covering civil responsibility linked to the premises (fire, water, physical injuries etc). However, the policy does not cover your personal belongings in the event of a burglary.
Phone: Local calls are free (Paris only), for standard phone numbers, excluding specific numbers and mobile/cell phones. In order to call outside Paris, you can use prepaid phone cards available in most newsagents and corner shops. If you wish to unlock the line, to use it freely, a deposit of 300 euros will be required and calls will be charged at a standard price.
